  • At Delphi-TVS, our manufacturing process is meticulously designed to meet the stringent demands of common rail products. Operating at pressures exceeding 2000 bar, these components require rigid specifications, with geometric tolerances refined to sub-micron levels. We utilize an advanced in-house heat treatment technique, Low-Pressure Carburizing, to ensure a clean finish while enhancing component fatigue life. Post-treatment machining occurs in controlled environments, and assembly is performed in Class 100,000 clean enclosures, ensuring unmatched precision and quality.
  • To distinguish ourselves, we have embraced key methodologies like TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and TQM (Total Quality Management), tailored to manage capital-intensive projects. Guided by esteemed Japanese mentors Yamaguchi-san and Prof. Washio-san, we effectively implemented these practices, significantly enhancing quality and cost competitiveness. For over eight years, we’ve proudly exported products to European and Korean OEMs, demonstrating our global commitment.
